Crunchy Homemade Granola
I love yogurt for breakfast in the mornings, but by its self it can be bland at times. So I love to add fruit and granola to make it a little more interesting.
Store bought Granola is not really exciting , so after some research and some experimentation I developed my own granola recipe. I love this recipe as it is crunchy , chewy and just down right tasty.
In a large bowl mix the first 10 ingredients
In another bowl, mix the honey, Tahini, cinnamon, ginger and coconut oil
Add honey mixture to the nut mixture and mix well
Place on a baking tray and place in oven
Keep turning the mix every 7 minutes
Do this for 30 minutes or until evenly browned.
KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THE MIX AS IT CAN BURN EASILY
cool and store in an airtight container
